“Food is everything we are. It’s an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma. It’s inseparable from those from the get-go.” – Anthony Bourdain
Lots of my clients find holidays and celebrations, a tricky time. On one hand they want to join in the celebrations and fully partake in everything and on the other they worry about overeating, over indulging or the guilt that they often feel afterwards.

This simple 3 page guide helps you to enjoy the celebrations, make simple adjustments, and gives you suggestions and tactics for a guilt free holiday celebration no matter what you choose to do.

Just to put things in perspective, we're talking about a few big meals plus dessert & a few drinks out of the 1000+ that you will eat over the period of a year. So feel free to have that ice-cream, fries, doughnut or whatever else your heart desires. Really savour & enjoy it 'guilt-free".

Wishing you a Happy Eid break & celebrations. Stay Healthy & Safe
